Use the following procedure to void a previously issued Tax Form. You will generally do this if the customer returns some or all of the goods purchased on the original Form. Note that originally issued Form will no longer be valid for a refund.

To void a Tax Refund Form

1.Search for the  Tax Refund Form you wish to void.

2.Click the Void Form button.

You are prompted to confirm the void transaction.

3.Click OK to confirm.

The system confirms that the Form has been successfully voided.

4.Click OK.
